Kerry Lee Racing is a small, professional National Hunt yard where good staff play an important part in the success and day-to-day running of the team.

Because the yard is deliberately kept select, staff work closely with the horses and are expected to take pride in maintaining high standards of care, presentation and horsemanship.

Roles may occasionally become available for experienced work riders, yard staff, racing grooms and other practical yard positions.

Previous racing experience is particularly valuable for riding roles, but reliability, good horsemanship, a positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a small team are equally important.

Bell House is situated at Byton in rural Herefordshire, so reliable transport is normally essential.
